: workshops with the client first, then guest checkout and ticketing on web, iOS, and Android from one Flutter codebase. QR tickets, wallet passes, organiser screens, payments, and ticket delivery on live events. I set up builds and releases so the client can ship without me in the loop. ･

: iPad app for salon colourists with product and engineering. We spent time on the salon floor, shaped the screens around how colour is mixed on the bench, and connected the app to YUV Lab hardware. I owned the Flutter side and the APIs; we tested on iPads in the salon before wider rollout. ･

Flondon Limited

: Alice AI with Flondon Limited: dating coach app on the App Store. I scoped the mobile iOS build with product and design, MVP first, then feature batches tied to milestones and sign-off. Built core flows screen by screen from design specs, wired REST APIs, and ran manual QA with the team each sprint. Fine-tuned the AI coaching layer with the team so replies matched how users actually chat on the app. Owned navigation, state, and the API layer. Shipped through TestFlight, live on the store now; fixed cold start, scroll jank, and memory on older iPhones along the way. ･LifeBonder: groups, matching, and chat in Flutter on the live backend, through TestFlight.
